In this 30 Day program, you'll receive weekly action items to help you gain momentum and make progress on reaching your goal.
Week 1's focus is on goal setting. We will set expectations and put together a plan to get you headed in the right direction.
Week 2, we start planning healthy meals that will work for your taste and your lifestyle. We'll work on a weekly custom meal plan and shopping list so you know what to get when you go to the grocery store and what to make when you bring it home.
Week 3 is all about movement. We'll work through your challenges incorporating exercise into your weekly regimen and come up with a plan that will work for you.
Week 4, we'll put together a plan of action for your water consumption. This is a very important piece of the healthy body puzzle that many people overlook but we'll get a plan together that will help you reach your goal.
